As of Friday, all but one member of our team is now safely here in Saldus. We were greeted at the airport by Daina, the principal at Striki School and David & Angela Breidenbach. After traveling back to Saldus and settling in, we enjoyed dinner and then took in the beginning of a town festival.

Today, we begin our final preparations for camp as we all recover from jet lag! As of Saturday, all of our team members are on site.

Training has begun as we continue to prepare for day one. Monday, we will meet the students and camp volunteers as we start our journey on the story of Joseph and the theme of Faith. Here are a few pictures of our journey and the first day of in-country training.
