We made it!

As of Thursday morning (6/25/25), all American team members arrived safely in Tirana. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

After shaking off some jet lag Friday morning, we made our way to the cities of Lushnje, Morave and Berat on Saturday. We were grateful to visit with our newest SONetwork Global Workers, Denis, Ela and lil’ Sofia. They recently launched Albanians in Action for Christ (a.k.a AIAFA).

Many in Morave are already hungry to hear God’s Word. Denis, SON Executive Director -David Breidenbach- and the team shared scriptures, sang praise songs in English and Albanian, and enjoyed some casual fellowship. About 30 local residents from 6 to 66 yrs old gathered with us.

We then made the trek up north to Peshkopi. We’ll spend the next 2 1/2 weeks bringing Bible stories to life with 78 5th – 9th grade children who will head to bed tonight eager to learn English and how “GOD RESCUES US” (our 2025 theme).

Please continue to pray that our students’ hearts would be wide open to God’s call. Pray that our team would remain healthy and energetic. Pray that many would come to know the rescuing power of the Gospel.
