SON Network is pleased to renew our relationship with the Austrian Lutheran Church through the WeG (The Way).

The WeG is an official agency of the Austrian Lutheran Church (Evang. Kirche A.B. in Österreich) whose Mission is “the Great Commission”. Led by Pastor Fritz Neubacher and Gerald Wakolbinger, the WeG serves the congregations and ministries of the Evangelical (Lutheran) Church in Austria and beyond.

Our on-going work with the WeG is to come alongside our Austrian brothers and sisters and help build and reinforce a Discipleship Culture in their churches and ministries. Through conferences and workshops, we endeavor to accompany people on their journey to faith, to challenge them to follow Jesus and to build a foundation for a life based on Scripture that is hope-filled
In addition, the WeG is a strong partner in reaching out to neighboring former Soviet countries such as Slovenia, Hungary, and Romania.

Each summer in conjunction with several Lutheran churches in Slovakia, SON Network hosts up to 3 English Bible Camps and as many as 2 Life and Adventure Camps for teens. These are typically some of our largest camps and we have seen MANY of the students go on to become Youth Leaders and Pastors.
